All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation from us.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Standard payment terms may include advance payment, payment on delivery, or credit terms as mutually agreed.
Delivery terms, including delivery dates, locations, and methods, will be specified in the order confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.
We warrant that goods supplied will conform to the specifications agreed at the time of order. Any claims regarding quality must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from us. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services or products is limited to the value of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of business. This obligation continues after the termination of any business relationship.
Either party may terminate a business relationship with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
